The dry leaves have a grassy smell and are deep green in color. The reddish brown rice and snow white popped rice really compliment the leaves. This tea is very nice to look at!
The wet leaves smell roasted and have a popped kernel scent with a spinachy air. The tea seems strong overall and I wouldn’t doubt it would last another infusion.
The liquor has a slightly spinach air and a light lime green color. There is a spinachy taste and medium body. There is a hint of roast in the aftertaste, but not anything overwhelming, it’s almost unnoticeable.
Overall, I am not really a fan. The tea is beautiful to look at and ok to taste. I would drink it if it were served, but I wouldn’t buy or drink it on my own.
