The dry leaves have a spinach smell and are even in color, size and shape. You can see every twist and fold and the leaves have a great color!
The liquor has a light yellow green color and almost no smell at all, but a very light and sweet air. There is a light body, a slight spinach taste with a sweet aftertaste and it is not astringent at all.
The wet leaves have a spinach/mossy smell and a mixture of olive and forest green color. The leaves are very strong and would be good for another couple of infusions.
This was a good tea, but not one of my favorites. I would drink this if offered, but wouldn’t buy or recommend. It seemed a little short of what I hoped.
