The dry leaves are almost sour apple scented, just not as sweet. There is a grassy facet to the smell and the leaves are various sizes with a luscious green color.
The wet leaves smell sweet, almost strawberry like, with a grassy scent. The leaves are deep green and strong enough for another infusion.
The liquor is a light yellow color and there is a light and fresh grassy air to it. There is a slight strawberry taste with an astringent aftertaste. It is dry and right with a light body.
Overall, I thought it was ok. It is one of the better green teas I’ve had, but I wouldn’t buy it. I would drink it if served and recommend it, though.
