Common Everyday Japanese Green

The dry leaves (which in my brilliance I forgot to photograph) have a malty smell. The leaves are various sizes and colors, but no variance of major distinction.

The wet leaves have a string spinach smell. The leaves are vibrant shades if green and very strong.

The liquor us a green yellow. The light body is a smooth, mossy taste and slightly astringent. There is a bit of an aftertaste, but not as sharp as most.

Overall, it is the best green I have had, so far. It is not as sharp as most. It is smooth and easy to drink and I would drink and recommend it. But, I’m still not sure about buying.
