Tie Guan Yin, Street Shop 88

The dry leaves have a light grassy air and vibrant green colors. You can see all the twists and folds clearly and there are no seeds. Most of the leaves are the same size but there is no huge variance between them.

The wet leaves have a smokey, grassy and almost miss smell. They unfurl to the largest whole leaves I’ve seen from a rolled tea! They are very strong and could steep another couple of times.

The liquor has a grassy air in a slightly seaweed smell. The mossy flavor is siljy and not astringent, at all. It has a yellow color, light body and an easy to drink texture.

Overall, I loved it! I would buy, drink and recommend this tea. It’s very easy to drink!
