Bang Pun (raw) Sheng Pu-erh, Jalam Teas

The dry leaves smell dry and almost brassy. They have a sheen and vary slightly in color. They are black and grey, stiff leaves that seem like a great quality.

The wet leaves have an almost olive air on slightly smokey and forest floor (dry) smell. They are an olive green in color and strong enough for a couple more infusions or so.

The liquor has a very faint smokey air and us a golden color. It is astringent, a sawdust-mossy flavor and a medium body.

Overall, I’m not a fan. I won’t buy, drink or recommend this tea.
