Everyday green, local farm in Japan

he dry leaves have a milky, grassy smell and a grassy green color. They are varying size leaves, but it isn’t a big difference.

The wet leaves have a spinach smell and the leaves maintained pretty much the same colors. They would last maybe another one or two infusions.

he liquor is a cloudy yellow with a green tint. There is a minor spinach smell with mossy air, but no smell. It is a bit astringent and dry with a slight sawdust taste. It is a tad sweet and has a light body.

Overall, not bad. I would recommend and drink it, but wouldn’t buy.
