Five Mountains Sun Ripened Pu’Er

he dry leaves have a slightly fishy, mostly fermented smell. The leaves aredeep brown in color and very small. They are uniform in color and size throughout.

he wet leaves smell roasted and are a very dark brown in color. They seem strong enough for at least three more infusions.

he liquor has a woody flavor and a deep brown color. The taste is tight and not astringent at all. It has a full body and is slightly brassy, but not muddled in the slightest.
