Smatcha #27 Red, Jin Xuan Hong Cha

Like a bonehead, I forgot to take a photo of the dry leaves. 😦  But, they almost smell like crackers, a bit sawdusty. They are black with tan brown highlights.

The wet leaves have a woody smell and a dark chocolate color. They would survive at least three more infusions, maybe four.

he liquor has a very light sawdust air. It has a light woody, sawdust taste. It is not astringent and only a bit dry. The color is an orangish-brown.

verall, great! I would buy, drink and recommend this tea!
