The dry leaves have a grassy smell and a beautiful green color. They are mostly the same size throughout and the shades vary slightly.
The wet leaves have a very strong spinach smell, even while steeping. They are beautiful shades of light green and strong enough for another couple infusions, at least.
The liquor is a bright yellow color and has a very light spinach smell. It tastes spinachy, but not brisk or dry. It is smooth, not overwhelming at all! It has a very light body.
Overall, it’s good! I would buy, recommend and drink this tea. I am not usually fond of greens, but this is not far from the quality of everyday green teas I have had from Japan (although, obviously, those are still better).
