Whispering Pines 2012 Huron Gold Needle Shou

he dry leaves have the smell of fermentation. They are varying shades of light brown and pretty consistent in size.

he wet leaves have a woody, barky smell with a tiny, slightly metallic note at the end. They are black in color and very strong! I would say at least another four or five infusions could be had from these leaves.

he liquor has a fermented air and a mahogany color. The taste is also that of a woody mahogany. There is only a slight astringency and dryness in the taste.

verall, it was good! I am still new to Puerh, so I will definitely revisit this tea and see how it progresses in my brain. I would recommend, buy and drink again!
