The dry leaves have the smell of fermentation. They are varying shades of light brown and pretty consistent in size.
The wet leaves have a woody, barky smell with a tiny, slightly metallic note at the end. They are black in color and very strong! I would say at least another four or five infusions could be had from these leaves.
The liquor has a fermented air and a mahogany color. The taste is also that of a woody mahogany. There is only a slight astringency and dryness in the taste.
Overall, it was good! I am still new to Puerh, so I will definitely revisit this tea and see how it progresses in my brain. I would recommend, buy and drink again!
