I don’t usually make resolutions. Most people make them about fitness and I tend to think that is a goal that I am not too interested in. Or I am interested and lose interest once my muscles ache. But, I’m always a fan of goals. Especially ones that aren’t too complicated and are attainable. So, here are my resolutions:
Better Reviews: I will be trying to improve my reviews and learn more about tea, of course. This will always be a goal of mine and I hope it causes a nice evolution for my posts.
Daily Steeps: I started doing daily steeps and they disappeared after I got a bit sick in the summer. I thought they were nice and I hope to rekindle that again. Only, this time, for good!
Yoga: Not necessarily a goal for fitness or health. Just something to keep me not sitting. Or, if i’m sitting, being productive in a way that will benefit my body.
Learn More: I want to learn everything I can about Tea. That’s nothing new. But, I also love cheese, chocolate, wine and coffee. Perhaps not as much as tea…but enough that I want to learn more and make better choices about what I am putting in my body. If not because I want quality products, because I think it will help with my diet. And anytime my diet can get better, my IBS stays locked away. And that would be a great year!!
