English Breakfast 1910

imageThe dry leaves have a lightly woody, earthy smell. They are black in color and seem small in size. The wet leaves have a wet forest floor smell with sawdust notes. They are chocolate brown in color and the size ranges from 1/8-1/16 of an inch. The liquor has a mahogany color and a fresh bean sprout smell. There is a mahogany taste to it and a medium body that is a tad astringent and dry.

Overall, it was ok. I would drink it, but not recommend or buy it. The leaves were a bit smaller than I would like, but that would be good for people who like smaller infusers or tea bags that they load themselves.
