Ibs 4/30/16

People always ask me why I don’t go to the doctor when I get sick. Besides the fact that I don’t have insurance, there is the fact that there isn’t anything they can do for me. My form of IBS is one that doesn’t respond to the medications available. I don’t get cramping and bloating when I flare, I get a three day migraine and vomiting for 24 hours. Usually, I can’t even keep down water or liquids for the first day or two. And then, after that it is just a game of “what can I keep down”.

But, to miss a day of work, I needed a note. So, I thought I would show everyone what happens when I go to Urgent Care. Below you will see my test results, their recommendations and the note I got to excuse my day from work.
