They are grilled avocados that have chicken, cheese and cilantro on top. It was so good! I’m not a fan of cilantro, so I picked a little off. But, it was great! Great taste and filling!
If you have IBS, this should be a simple enough dish that won’t irritate your stomach. It isn’t very soft, so you might want to eat it for breakfast or lunch. But, it shouldn’t cause problems the way beef might. You don’t have to play with it, unless cheese or cilantro is a trigger for you. And even then, you can just order it without those items. Give it a try! you’ll thank me!
