A lot of times when I am sick, my go to is tofu or broth. Today, I thought I would combine the two and it worked out great! I could only eat half of the brick of tofu, which is fine. It is bland, so if you try it you can add salt and pepper to taste, but I usually eat it as is. Sometimes, I keep seaweed around in case I need a little flavor here and there.
Sometimes, I can only eat so much but I end up eating more often. When you have this problem, don’t get frustrated. At least you are eating and it means that your body is recovering. Your body wants the nutrition and lots of it, but it can only handle so much food at a time right now. That’s a good thing! Just know that it means something good is around the corner!
