That’s It Bar (Apple and Blueberries)

It’s always hard to find a good bar. They are too sweet or contain foods I can’t have. So, here’s another to try. Crossing my fingers!

The bar wasn’t hard to eat, but it was very sweet. They boast no added sugars, and I don’t doubt that. I could definitely taste the apple and it had a light blueberry aftertaste. But, somehow I couldn’t make it through the entire bar. I ate half of it and threw the rest away.

This bar is Vegetarian and even Vegan friendly. However, for IBS it is iffy. The sweetness makes me think that it would irritate sensitive IBS tummies and should be avoided. If you can tolerate sweets and even like them, then you might try it. However, it was a bit overwhelming for me and I just couldn’t finish it. If you have similar problems, I would skip it.
