I love my Cocoon backpack. If you haven’t seen them, this is a great video showing the actual item I have!
My ONLY problem was when my strap started to fray at he logo.
So, I contacted the company. I was a little sad, because I love the bag, so much! I have to admit, I was also worried about having to fight with someone or argue about a warranty and whether or not it applied.
I am happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised! I emailed and accidentally send the wrong item number (I have an attache styled Cocoon, also), but after that was clarified they didn’t ask anymore questions! As soon as they told me the item was wrong and I sent the correct one, the reply email asked for my mailing address and phone number.
I have to say, this was a really great surprise! It is rare that you get easy service, let alone for an item that you love so much!!
