I am always a fan of falafel. Anytime I see it, I’m going to order it. I saw these in Sprouts and figured “why not?”.
While they weren’t horrible, they were dry. If you’re going to dip them in tzatziki or hummus, they might be better. But, they seemed rubbery and just feel like they might have been better when they were made.
These are obviously Vegan and Vegetarian friendly. If you have IBS, these should be safe for you, as long as you can handle chickpeas.
