I like using stock when I cook. Sometimes it can be harder to find vegetable stock, especially if you are looking for a powder and not the broth. I found this and thought it would be good to share. It isn’t a strong flavor, so I use quite a bit. I used it in my red lentil pasta post and have started using it in soups. I’ll still be looking for veggie stock options, but I have been having a hard time. I thought it was worth sharing, in case anyone else is having a problem. This can come in handy during a flare, whether you drink it alone or use it in a soup while flaring or recovering.
This is a good option for people with IBS, as well as Vegans and Vegetarians!
